Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and quality, and leading a team of culinary professionals. If you have a passion for cooking, strong leadership skills, and a background in the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you., Supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen
- Plan and develop menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and specials
- Assist with special events or catering functions as needed

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required,

Established in August 2018 with Head Chef Robbie Morrison at the helm with over 30 years experience , He is looking for an experienced/ reliable chef to run the kitchen along side him creating menus, producing top quality dishes with the freshest of seafood & local ingredients.
