An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef to work within the kitchen at Royal Victoria Hospital. We are looking for a team player to join our department. You are required to deliver a high standard of Catering Services within the Hospital to patients, staff and visitors whilst maintaining a clean, safe working environment.  Applicants must have a working knowledge of HACCP, Health & Safety & COSHH procedures. Previous experience of cooking in a large scale Catering environment is preferred, as is a good knowledge of work procedures, practices & equipment through a combination of experience and professional qualifications.

            Enhancements are paid for weekend working.

            You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct                throughout your employment.
