Chef de Partie

Ahead of the launch of the new clubhouse at Uphall Golf Club we are looking for an experienced and talented Chef de Partie to support our Head Chef. T

he roles responsibilities will include preparing and organising specific work stations, conducting prep work for the following week, bring responsible for a designated section throughout restaurant service and ensuring efforts within the clean down of the kitchen before the end of a shift.

The candidate must be well organised, have good timekeeping skills and be able to keep a clean and tidy work station throughout service. Our kitchen will be a fast paced busy environment with a high-end restaurant menu so the candidate must be able to work well under pressure and cope with high volumes of incoming cheques.

Our chefs work on a 4 day on, 3 day off rotation when working full time hours, our kitchen staff also receive the same weekly cash tips as front of house.

Pay: £13-£14 per hour depending on experience
