YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
+ Prepare, cook, serve and store various dishes to include meat, fish and shellfish
+ Prepare Regional Dishes appropriate to the hotel menu, location and guest mix
+ Provide direction to the Kitchen staff, including Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters
+ Communicate to Line Manager any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
+ Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
+ Prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service
+ Clean and re-set his/her working area
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
+ Previous experience of a Chef De Partie role, from an Internationally recognised branded hotel
+ Previous work experience in a Marriott Brand is desired

+ Great team spirit according to our slogan 'It's not over until we get a smile'.
+ 40 hour/week
