What we need from you

• As Chef de Partie, you'll motivate the commis chefs to prepare food for our Restaurants. You'll have an eye for quality, consistency and for portion control.
• You'll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly.
• With an input into our daily special's menu, you'll also give our Head Chef your ideas for changing our a la carte menu.
• A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience is essential.
