    Glasgow Hotel, part of the Signature Collection by Best Western, tastefully combines old and new architecture and stands out on the Glasgow skyline running close to the River Clyde and located in the heart of vibrant Glasgow.

    Literally seconds from junction 19 of the M8 and 300m from Anderston railway station and less than a mile from Glasgow Central and Glasgow Queen Street train stations.

    The hotel boasts 141 bedrooms including 16 family rooms 12 self-catering studio apartments, Six meeting rooms with capacity for up to 160 delegates and an Indoor 15m swimming pool, gym and beauty treatment rooms.

    We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our hotel.

    As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are consistently met. You will be passionate about cooking and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.

    You should have a proven track record of working in a similar role and be confident in managing and training junior members of the team. You should also have a good understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations and be committed to maintaining these standards.,
  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role

  • A strong passion for food and cooking

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
