Chef De Partie - Temp to Perm.

Search Consultancy Glasgow are currently recruiting for a full time experienced Chef De Partie to work with one of our clients within the Glasgow Area.

Shift Pattern : Working 5/7 Days per week - the shifts are based on a rota and will include some weekends.
Shift Times : Shift times vary between doing 7am until 3pm and 11am until 7pm - this rotates each week.

Salary : 28'000 per Annum.

Contract : Temp for 12 weeks with the view of going permanent for the right candidate.

Please note you must have a PVG or be happy to go through a PVG application in order to be considered for this role.

Start date : ASAP

Duties

Plan Menus
*Liaise with the sous chef and help run the kitchen
*Prepping and Cooking food and presenting high quality dishes
*Fast pace environment
*Dealing with Dietary requirements
*Helping with Health and Safety and Food Hygiene procedures
*Food Stocks
*Managing and training commis chef
*Preparing Meat and Fish
