Join Emma Lonie, Restaurant Manager, and Head Chef Mathew Sherry as a Waiter/Chef de Rang in our 4 AA Rosette number one restaurant. We are a hard-working, friendly team, passionate about food, wine, and world-class service. Both part-time and full-time applications will be considered.

Full-time: 39 hours, 5 days per week, no split shifts

Number One offers a Seasonal Tasting menu of favourite Scottish and British produce. Current menu items may include Shetland salmon, Orkney scallops, North Sea halibut, Pittenweem lobster 45-day aged Scottish Beef, and our own Balmoral honey.
