As part of being a Class One Traffic Management Operative, you will be entitled to, As a Traffic Management Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems
• Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies
• Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Upholding our people-first culture and contributing to our fresh cultural change program, Flexibility to work shift patterns of 12 on 2 off (every other weekend off) and 6 on 1 off plus nights if and when required
  
  Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months
• Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot
• Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12D M1/M2 or Unit 2). (desirable not essential)
