You will act as a key worker to identified children and contribute to the setting up, carrying out and reviewing of care plans. You will support the families and carers of the young people and empower our children to access local services and leisure opportunities.

Ideally you will be qualified to SVQ 2 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) and have previous experience administering medication and previous experience working with children. But what is essential is that you are a positive, pro active team player who has a real passion for making a difference in the lives of the children we support. We are a great team, who take a real pride in what we do, so we need a like minded person to join us on a relief basis.
