Full Job Description
- Responsible for the safe supervision of the facilities and the health and safety
- Provide effective, preventative life guarding of all pool sessions.
- To carry out the emergency action plans in the event of any accident or injury
- To maintain physical and lifesaving training at the level required to comply with

Other Duties:

1. EXPERIENCE
o Leisure industry experience
o Experience of working as part of a busy team, o National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
o UKCC Level 1 Swim Teachers Certificate
o Emergency First Aid
o Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Training
o NGB/SVQ Coaching Qualifications
o Industry recognised Health and Fitness Certificates
o Level 2 Gym Instructor would be highly desirable
