Full Job Description
1. Actively promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture that supports the Charity's purpose of Making Life Better and i-care values to increase morale, productivity and performance.
2. Lead in delivering holiday activity sessions appropriate to the needs and abilities of the participants.
3. Mentor Young Leaders assisting with delivery of activities.
4. Instruct and guide participants in accordance with HLH and National Governing Body guidelines.
5. Ensure participants feel welcomed, have fun, and know what is expected of them to gain most from the activity.
6. Maintain registers, records and statistics of activities in line with established procedures.
7. Know and comply with the Active Schools Systems of Work and Emergency Action Plan.
8. The safe setting up and tidying away of equipment.
9. Adhere to sport-specific risk assessments and perform dynamic risk assessments before and during all sessions.
