Claims Negotiator - Personal Injury

Are you an experienced Claims Negotiator looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills? Our client is seeking a motivated individual like you to join their team and take ownership of their own caseload of RTA Personal Injury claims. With minimal training and supervision, you will have the opportunity to shine and make a significant impact.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage your own caseload of RTA Personal Injury claims, demonstrating your expertise and independence.
Utilise the case management system to efficiently process claims and maintain accurate records.
Handle all claims correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
Determine liability and indemnity on all claims within your allocated caseload.
Demonstrate your negotiation skills by successfully resolving claims to their conclusion.
Maintain an effective diary regime to ensure timely handling of claims.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required:

Minimum of two years' experience dealing with road traffic accident cases, with prior experience of issuing proceedings for RTA cases being beneficial.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to adapt your style to suit different situations.
Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships, influence others, and earn the respect of your colleagues.
Proficiency in computer literacy, with a keen ability to adapt to new technologies.
