Pay Rate: £33,238.40 Plus £2,600 Multi-Drop Premium Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 - Start times between 04:00 and 08:00 Location: Livingston, EH54 8AS DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a HGV Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Multi-Drop store delivery, use of tail lift
- Manual handling of roll cages
- Mix of ambient, chilled and frozen goods
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- 6 Months experience in a HGV role
