Grade: 4B

Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £12.89

Salary: £22,288.88 - £23529.88 per annum (35 hours FTE)

Hours: 21.5

Contract Duration: Temporary until 17 August 2025

Please note that the annual salary advertised is for a full-time role, based on 35.00/37.00 hours per week. If the position you are applying for is part time or you are only going to be working part of the year, i.e., a term time contract for 38 or 39 weeks per year, the annual salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis including a number of additional weeks for annual leave entitlement when the position is term time.

To support teaching and learning within the school in accordance with the current strategies and policies of Scottish Borders and in line with programmes being developed.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
• Contribute to the effective organisation and use of resources
• Contribute to the quality of care and welfare of pupils
• Support the needs of pupils in developing appropriate ways of relating to others
• Support the pupils in re-integrating back into class from the Nurture group
