To support teaching and learning within the school in accordance with the current strategies and policies of Scottish Borders and in line with programmes being developed. PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• Contribute to the effective organisation and use of resources
• Contribute to the quality of care and welfare of pupils
• Support the needs of pupils in developing appropriate ways of relating to others
• Support the pupils in re-integrating back into class from the Nurture group
  
  Please note that the annual salary advertised is for a full-time role, based on 35.00/37.00 hours per week. If the position you are applying for is part time or you are only going to be working part of the year, i.e., a term time contract for 38 or 39 weeks per year, the annual salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis including a number of additional weeks for annual leave entitlement when the position is term time.
