Caretaker/Cleaner – Schools Inclusion Support Services - High School, Whins of Milton, Stirling. 

An exciting employment opportunity has arisen at Facilities Management, Stirling Council for a Caretaker/Cleaner in support Inclusion Services, Secondary School, Whins of Milton, Stirling. The successful candidate will deliver a care taking and cleaning service, including key-holding in support of the school community on a 15 hrs per week, term-time permanent contract.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7 am to 8 am – split – 3 pm to 5 pm, paid at Stirling Council Grade 3.

Personal protective equipment, tools and training will be provided where necessary.

Applicants should be capable of lifting heavy items, cleaning surfaces to head height and prepared to work alone and at times to work outdoors in inclement weather. The opportunity to work overtime to cover Lets at the school may at times be available.

Applicants will also require a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to allow them to utilise Stirling Council online training and human resources IT applications.

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
