Cleaning and Health & Safety Assistant

Cairn Housing Association requires a Cleaning and Health & Safety Assistant to ensure a high standard of cleanliness within the Court, maintaining confidentiality of the Court and its tenants, and to ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and fire regulations are strictly adhered to.

Salary: The salary for this post is £7675.20 per annum.
Hours: 12 hours per week (Monday to Friday - working arrangements to be mutually agreed)
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role of cleaning, knowledge or overview of H&S requirements. and experience with working with people, be IT & computer literate and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
