Full Job Description

Secondment/Fixed term opportunity for 12 months to improve service delivery.

*Secondment Opportunity Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager.  The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.

We require  skilled individuals to provide a quality clerical support to a busy Childrens Universal Services in Falkirk Community Hospital as part of the Women and Childrens Directorate.  A good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, together with general administrative skills.

Duties are varied and will include, filing, photocopying, data entry, entering and retrieving information via computerised systems, liaising with other departments by telephone and face-to-face. 

Candidates should have excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workload, have an approachable disposition and be used to working as part of a team.

Training and support will be given to the successful applicants.
