Based at Monifieth High School, Panmurefield Rd, Monifieth.

This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed.

In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

Working in the school office, each Friday, 8.00am to 2:30pm, you will be responsible for the input of data in to SEEMiS data base, maintaining and updating pupil records. You will undertake reception duties and be a first point of contact, dealing with queries from parents/carers and utilising the Groupcall system.

Good customer care, oral and written communication skills, excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft packages are essential.

You must have the ability to work as part of a team and be able to work to deadlines.

This job is temporary until no later than 27 June 2025.

Internal and external applications on a secondment basis will be considered. You must have the approval of your line manager.
