Support to the day-to-day management of roads operations across the Alliance by undertaking a wide range of multi-purpose inspection, compliance and technical support activities in order to achieve the Joint Committee’s key objectives; specifically in relation to both Council’s Community Plans, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreements and Best Value.

 

Requirements

The Individual

This is a temporary full time post with a base at Meadowhead Roads Depot, Coylton.

Hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 4pm Friday.

The full time salary of this post is between £35,181 - £38,602 per annum.

This is a temporary post up until 22nd August 2025.

The workstyle for this post is: Remote - Less than 20% of time is in office base. Able to work at home, or another location or travel directly from home to other locations and client visits out in the field.

It is the expectation that all office-based employees (with the exception of those working in schools) will work to the higher end of their allocated workstyle in terms of time spent in the office or at other work locations.
