Client Accountant

**FULL TIME OR 4 DAYS CONSIDERED**

Lochead Sandford Recruitment's client, a well established busy Accountancy Firm based in Lanarkshire seeks to recruit an experienced Client Accountant to join their friendly, successful team.

This role will suit someone with broad UK Practice firm experience not currently doing exams- though future support with this may be considered if desired.

The main focus of the role will be taking responsibility for clients from varying sectors, a few sole traders but the vast majority being ltd companies of varying sizes, preparing year end accounts to final review stage.

You will also prepare some tax returns deal with ad hoc more complex bookkeeping, and client queries,

You will enjoy extensive client contact and daily use of various IT systems including cloud packages such as Xero is desirable.

Some exposure to audit work can also be offered- to broaden your experience -if desired- full training given.

This role requires UK Accountancy Practice Firm background.

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate strong technical skills, good organisational and IT skills- ideally cloud package exposure and a desire to deal from start to finish with your own clients along with a sociable team environment to enjoy your working week.
