Full Job Description

  • Support the EMEA team to deliver energy data consulting services to our client base

  • Build an understanding of invoice structures, formats, and elements across the EMEA Region

  • Retrieve supplier invoices

  • Read, interpret & understand utility invoices, and enter these into systems in an efficient & timely manner

  • Support with all client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is followed

  • Meet/exceed agreed client deadlines, assist clients with their queries, make improvements and ensure continuing levels of client satisfaction

  • Ensure queries and errors are disputed, tracked, and resolved with the supplier

  • Support on-boarding/implementation activities

  • Ensure that all agreed client SLAs/KPIs are achieved and reported to the Client Delivery Lead

  • Liaise with other members of the company to resolve any client queries quickly and efficiently

  • Liaise with the Client Delivery Lead, Head of Operations, and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client issues

  • Provide cover for your colleagues work when absent and help other members of your team and other teams during busy times by demonstrating a flexible approach to work

  • Aspire to be a super user of the main systems and processes used by the team

  • Support with training other team members to enhance their performance and productivity

  • Contribute to the efficiency and business improvement projects when required

  • Understand all other Engie Impact products and support other teams as and when required

  • Any other ad hoc tasks

    Client Delivery Support - EMEA - supports a growing global delivery team and assists with the management requirements for existing and new clients by building and maintaining energy knowledge. The core of this role is to drive our productivity and client delivery while providing resilience and flexibility (through multi-skilling).

    This is an operational position that will require a flexible working approach and the ability to work on your initiative and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that the high standards of Engie Impact client service are upheld and delivered within all agreed SLAs.,
  • Admin, Data management, and analysis experience

  • Preferred experience working within the energy industry across Europe

  • Experience In managing large sets of complex data

  • Experience in a client-facing role working directly with customers.


  • Skills/Abilities:
  • Fluent in 2 European languages including English

  • Excellent organisational and workload management skills

  • Strong eye for detail

  • Ability to work effectively alone and within a team

  • A self-starter, who likes to get the job done properly the first time

  • An ability to identify problems and resolve them

  • Ability to build and maintain both client and supplier relationships

  • Strong reading, technical writing, and arithmetic skills in concert with advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software programs

  • Strong negotiating skills related to issue resolution

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Must be detail-oriented, flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated

  • Skill in analysing and interpreting utility and tariff data

  • Ability to handle deadlines and high-stress situations periodically

  • Strong analytical skills are required to absorb complex information about energy tariffs, the energy sector, and the legislative requirements affecting our business and clients

  • Good administration skills and attention to detail. This role requires the ability to manage a large volume of information, pay close attention to detail; spotting errors to ensure the client continues to receive an excellent level of service

  • Organisation skills. You must show the willingness to learn to adapt to complex client demands, liaise with suppliers, and adhere to internal quality standards often to tight deadlines
