Meraki Talent are supporting their client with an appointment of Client Manager.

 

The Role


The Client Manager will take responsibility for managing client relationships and overseeing client accounts, providing bespoke financial advice tailored to each client’s needs. This role goes beyond account management, as the successful candidate will become a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their financial objectives with expert guidance.

They are now seeking an experienced Client Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued growth and success.

 

Key Responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Management: The Client Manager will develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their goals and proactively offering tailored financial solutions.
  • Account Management: The role includes ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reports, preparing annual accounts, tax returns, and VAT returns.
  • Team Collaboration: The Client Manager will collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and will mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Experience: prior experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Qualifications: The role is suited to individuals who are fully or part-qualified in a relevant professional accountancy qualification or QBE. Support for completing qualifications is available if required.
  • Communication Skills: The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and clearly explain complex financial information to a diverse client base.
  • Team Player: The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues to meet deadlines and share knowledge.
