Eden Scott's client who is based in Edinburgh is seeking individual with a background in Client Provider Administration, eager to thrive in the dynamic world of financial services? The successful Individual will join a dedicated team and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within our financial services division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing provider communications, including updates, queries, and documentation.
• Processing and maintaining accurate records of provider agreements and transactions.
• Liaising with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Person Specification

• Experience in administrative roles, preferably within financial services.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial software systems is a plus.
• A proactive and professional approach to customer service.
