Client Services Manger - Financial Services

Meraki Talent are recruiting for an experienced Client Services professional who has a flare for managing client relationships, ensuring a first class service at all times.

Working with multiple investors, you will be instrumental in partnering with these parties to develop and implement changes, which will include working closely with governance and operational teams. 

Key Duties will include

• Providing a first class service to investors
• Developing relationships and feeding back to the wider business on changes
• Implementation of the risk and control matrix
• Working with business areas to review initiative, policies and products, ensuring these are supported.

Applicants should have gained authorised funds experience within a Financial Services setting, and should be able to demonstrate a knowledge of the regulatory environment, relating to authorised funds.

This is a long term fixed term contract, offering a hybrid approach to work.
