Job Description
Clackmannanshire Council is presently seeking to employ 2 Climate Change and Energy Officers to assist them in the delivery of their Climate Change and Energy Efficiency Strategies.
The successful candidates must have a degree or equivalent in environmental studies/science or a related discipline and/or a minimum of 1 years comprehensive working experience in the development of LHEES/EES ABS projects/programmes.
The Council are presently consulting on their draft Climate Change Strategy and Regional Energy Masterplan (which incorporates the Council's LHEES), the successful post holders will have an essential role in helping to ensure the delivery of the objectives contained within
these documents.
The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate during interview their knowledge of the above strategies and present a project plan on how they will be able to deliver on the objectives and duties.
