We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team in Aberdeenshire.   • Lead Clinical Care: Deliver and oversee outstanding clinical care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
  • Enhance Resident Experience: Ensure residents and their families feel safe, supported, and valued, from initial assessment to daily living.
  • Engage with the Community: Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and local communities.
  • Support & Train Your Team: Lead by example, providing training and guidance to empower your team and foster continuous improvement.
  • Step Into Leadership: Act as a confident and adaptable leader, stepping in for the Home Manager as needed.

    Qualified Nurse: RGN or RMN qualification with a strong foundation in clinical skills.
  • Elderly Care Expertise: Experience in caring for elderly residents is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and inspiring teams, with a supportive and motivational approach.
  • Commitment to Growth: Dedication to developing staff and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: Ability to confidently handle challenges and take on leadership responsibilities when required.
