This Post within Cancer Services (Cancer Research)

This Clinical fellow post is based within the Oncology department which is part of the Edinburgh Cancer Centre. Working with the current cancer research team (15 Consultants, 18 Research Nurses and 15 Data Managers) the post holder will provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of cancer malignancies within a clinical trial setting, with a focus on Early Phase Trials, especially Phase I. The post would be particularly suitable for someone considering a career in Oncology with research intent. Whilst the post will primarily be in area of clinical trial research there would be opportunities to gain experience in outpatient oncology practice and in the trial roles of allied medical specialties.
