Utopian Professional Recruitment are delighted to be working with our established client in the Health Tech sector who are looking to expand their team with a Clinical Services Manager. This is an office based role and would suit a registered nurse or pharmacist with experience outside the NHS.

This opportunity is suited to someone with both a clinical background and strong business acumen.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee medication process
• Monitor and evaluate clinical reports
• Take responsibility for patient journey and its efficacy
• Use patient feedback to drive continual improvement of service
• Provide monthly reports to management
• Maintain and update policies to remain in line with regulations
• Manage and support clinical teams
• Conduct employee journey tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training and appraisals
• Manage leave and sickness
• Oversee the overall operations of the business
• Work with data to introduce and execute new business strategies for development and change.
• Conduct audits to ensure the practice is operating with compliance and to industry clinical standards.

To be considered for this opportunity, our client requires the following background / experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, pharmacy or similar role
• At least 3 years management experience in a patient services setting
• People management skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Data driven
• Clinical skills

The following skills and qualities would be advantageous to the role

• Experience with mental health and neurodiversity is preferred
• Licence to prescribe drugs
