An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Clinical Care Support Worker post within the Community Childrens Nursing Team at Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

The team support children at home and in school with health care needs. The team liaises and supports the Childrens Ward, Paediatric Daycare Unit, Paediatric Complex Care Team, School Nursing Teams, Health Visiting Teams and the General Practitioners.

The successful candidate will be a keen team player, have excellent communication skills and display an enthusiasm to promote person centered care within our team.

Candidates should be aware that the ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.

This post predominately supports the Paediatric Diabetes Team with clinical and some administrative duties which includes ordering patients consumables.
