Cloud Support Technician

As our Cloud Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling support calls, and managing service desk tickets. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by updating, tracking, and closing tickets, and escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

In addition you will:

• Manage security and backup alerts


• Assess tickets and perform incident triage to prioritise issues


• Identify repeat issues and proactively flag suspected incidents for further investigation


• Implement minor, standard changes as required


• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives


• Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  
  Have experience working with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID


• Good knowledge of Azure and Intune


• Have a good understanding of Windows Server & Active Directory


• Are familiar with ITSM tools


• Have experience working in a customer support/service desk role


• Can manage and prioritise workload effectively


• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
