If YES, we may have the role for you… Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Collect In Store Consultant to join its thriving Womenswear department in our Edinburgh location. As the new Collect In Store Consultant you will work 21 hours per week on a rota basis including some weeks. The rate of pay for this role is £11.44.   • You will:
  • Ensure the satisfaction of all customers by ensuring that prompt, courteous and efficient service is given at all times. Deal promptly with any customer complaints or issue related to Collect in Store
  • Actively champion exceptional customer service through customer feedback, observations and review service standards identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with the Stock movement and DM's as well as liaising directly with customers to create a seamless collection experience.
  • Efficient management of the Collect in Store inbox.
  • Competent in full range of back office / Stock Movement software, data and processes.
  • Manage all returns associated with COLLECT IN STORE
  • Understanding of pick / pack process - and relevant KPI's associated to COLLECT IN STORE
  • Carry out regular audits on customer orders and provide visible reports on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure that the orders are displayed effectively to achieve the fastest potential service
  • Ensure the department meets statutory requirements for Risk Assessment standards and GDPR guideline
  • Understand and adhere to security and store regulations and procedures related to them
