Full Job Description
- Work directly with our customers to understand their challenges, assess their needs, and design and deliver solutions for them
- Support client relationship planning and execution across a wide range of products and services
- Get involved in shaping our innovation and digital agendas, improving customer journeys, and driving product simplification
- Build insights into key sectors such as manufacturing, technology, construction, land transport and logistics
- Complete a variety of placements across the other commercial banking streams which allows you to build a balance of depth and breadth of skills and experiences
- Enhance your capability by studying towards an industry recognised professional qualification At the end of the programme, you'll be well positioned to apply for jobs such as an Assistant Relationship Manager or Credit Delivery Associate.
- To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
