Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor

As Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring projects are commercially successful, from cost estimation through to final accounts. You'll be joining a professional, supportive team within a business that prides itself on quality workmanship, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Managing project costs and supporting procurement processes
• Monitoring variations and managing valuations and payments
• Collaborating closely with site managers, project managers, and clients
• Working across a variety of interesting projects in both the public and private sectors

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or home improvement sectors
• The ability to price jobs competitively
• Strong understanding of commercial project frameworks, particularly within public sector work
• Excellent cost control, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
