A reputable legal firm in Falkirk is seeking a proactive and dynamic Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 1-year PQE to join their property team. • Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters including transactions and leases.
• Working on high-value property transactions with precision and expertise.
• Engaging with clients directly to provide legal advice and services.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless service delivery.
• Contributing to the firm's growth by maintaining high standards of legal practice.

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1-year PQE.
• Demonstrable experience in managing a caseload involving high-value property transactions.
• Strong understanding of commercial property law and transactions.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build rapport.
