Full Job Description
- Assist Senior Chefs in whichever section they are designated to.
- Cooking and preparing a variety of meals
- Comply with all relevant food safety legislation
- Help to reduce kitchen waste and processes to minimise wastage.
- Supporting with food orders
- To work in a clean and tidy manner
- Check all food is compliant with allergens
- Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals
- Placing food orders and maintaining kitchen records
- To monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets and serveries.
- Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
- Full knowledge of all menu items served
Chef experience at commis level is desirable - Previous experience of working in a kitchen
- Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha's Law), full training will be given
- Excellent team player and communication

- Part time - 15 hours a week, Monday - Sunday
- Shifts range between 7am - 5.30pm
