This is an hourly paid role, with shifts that may include early starts (e.g., 2 a.m.) or late finishes (e.g., 11 : 30 p.m.), with no requirement for split or double shifts., We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working in a dynamic kitchen environment and delivering exceptional food.

To succeed in this role, you'll have :

Previous kitchen , food preparation, and service experience (airport setting helpful but not essential).

The ability to identify and address potential health, safety, and hygiene concerns, escalating where necessary.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with team members.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

The ability to manage stock, reducing waste, and maximising revenue.
