Full Job Description
We are looking for a Community Manager to oversee our team at the Gogar offices of a world renown bank. The role of the Community Manager is to ensure our service at a prestigious bank remains a trailblazer for positive visitor experience and service excellence. Their team of Community Hosts & Welcome Hosts will be the central heartbeat of the campus, developing excellent working relationships with the colleagues who work across it. Working in synergy with all service providers, they will execute a seamless experience for the banks colleagues and visitors, building a thriving community and driving the "hotelification" of the corporate working space. Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts as required from Mon-Fri

- Be a strategic thinker and innovative problem solver. Skills/Experience
- Managerial experience within a 5 corporate environment or similar role
- Experience in a client/guest services role or similar role
- A proven record of managing a large, diverse, and dynamic team
- Experience of managing change
- Understanding of how day to day performance links to SLAs and KPIs
- Experience working with audio visual and conferencing equipment highly desirable.
