What is the role?

To provide assessment, advice and information to promote independence in those with a disability, their carer’s and other interested parties.

Extra Information:

The Grade of this post is Grade 3 / Level 10; the hourly rate is from £23.07 to £24.26 and the annual salary is from £42,103 - £44,274.

The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly between home and the office and the frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.
