Full Job Description
As a MiCare Support Worker you:
- Provide support to adults to develop and maintain activities of daily living, including personal care.
- Support people to undertake a range of social care tasks such as washing, dressing/undressing, showering, and bathing, meal preparation, domestic activities and engaging in community activities.
- Undertake a range of delegated health care tasks as required such as prompt prescribed medication, supporting the application of prescribed creams, eye and ear drops, catheter care and prompting exercise as prescribed by the physiotherapist. It is essential that you have a full driving license (or a license that allows you to drive in the UK) and access to a car to enable you to work in this role.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however, if you have the passion and commitment to help and support others then we can offer you a comprehensive induction and a tailored training plan, with support to undertake the QCF Diploma and Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications fully funded by us!

Basic pay of £12.45 - £12.65 per hour, Saturdays at £18.68 - £18.98 per hour, Sundays and bank holidays at £24.90 - £25.30 per hour.
