Full Job Description

Our client, a leading global training provider are looking for an experienced Competence professional to join their established team on a full-time and permanent basis.


Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid Working: 2 days on site, 3 days from home


Duties:

  • Efficient Competence Mailbox Administration
  • Regularly update and input data into trackers on a daily basis, ensuring accurate documentation of candidates' progress attained.
  • Compile and distribute Monthly Competence reports to competence team Lead and platform management.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the organisation and relevant awarding bodies such as SQA and OPITO, overseeing all correspondence.
  • Facilitating the application process for candidate Awarding Body certificates from SQA and OPITO, sending out Certificates to candidates
  • Arranging PPE and offshore demobilisation dates.
  • Facilitating comprehensive communication with all offshore personnel regarding competence-related matters.
  • Present quarterly strategy training and competence team meeting, updating on achievements over the last quarter, weaknesses of the past quarter, things the team could have done better and ideas to strengthen the team.
  • Compiling Process Maps to Formalise the Duties of Each Competence Coordinator.

Experience:

  • Previous experience within a Training/Competence focused role with excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and proficiency within Microsoft packages.

Salary:


£27,183.00 per annum
