Full Job Description

Eden Scott's client is seeking individual who is detail-oriented, highly organised, and passionate about ensuring regulatory excellence? Our client is a Financial Services company based in the heart of Edinburgh. The Successful Compliance Analyst you will play a key role in upholding our commitment to integrity, transparency, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and records to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough compliance checks on documentation, transactions, and client accounts.
  • Support the preparation of internal and external compliance audits and inspections.
  • Monitor and report on changes in regulatory requirements, advising the team on necessary updates.
  • Assist in creating compliance-related training materials and delivering sessions to staff.
  • Act as the first point of contact for compliance-related queries from internal teams.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of compliance protocols across the business.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a compliance, administration, or financial services role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector (e.g., FCA regulations).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
