The Role

To post-holder will competently administer all service & compliance contracts on Bield’s Asset Management System. The Compliance Assistant duties include scheduling appointment visits and issuing tenant correspondence, monitoring progress against planned service programmes, recording/updating all service visit data, asset management, processing invoices as required, liaising closely with all members of Bield staff to ensure continuity of service.

 

The Candidate

This opportunity seeks a candidate with significant relevant experience in an administrative role within housing or similar service based sector. You will need excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to liaise with contractors, customers, local staff, local authority departments and members of the public.

The successful candidate will have good IT skills in word processing, spread sheets and asset management systems and ideally have experience in working with a computerised repair/asset management system. You will have the ability to provide highly effective administrative & organisational skills to effectively prioritise, plan and coordinate a workload across a variety of buildings in different locations as well as a genuine interest in and an open flexible approach to the promotion of excellent standards of care for older people.
