Full Job Description

  • Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
  • Manage routine maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain compliance records and liaise with external bodies, ensuing all company IT systems and platforms remain up to date.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Provide health and safety training for all EDIMH team members.
  • Oversee refurbishment and renovation projects within budget.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance and compliance budget.
  • Collaborate with all operational departments for a seamless guest experience.
  • Ensure machinery and plant operations comply with safety regulations.
  • Perform and record preventative maintenance inspections.
  • Control expenditure and maintain an energy conservation program.
  • Train and support others to understand their responsibilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the use of external contractors and suppliers.
  • Manage the company's Approved Supplier List.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, being proactive and solution-focused.
  • Possess confident IT skills, supporting and responding to IT requests.
  • Maintain and repair a wide range of site plant and equipment, coordinating servicing, auditing and inspections.

  • Hands-on skills to carry out small repairs.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels within the company.
  • Proficient in IT Skills: Alert 65 and Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
