Compliance Officer - Housing Assets - EAL10521

To work collaboratively with all key stakeholders to deliver the Council's tenant safety compliance programmes.

To manage housing asset compliance programmes ensuring the Council maintains legal compliance with statutory landlord health and safety obligations. For example, but not limited to; gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety, water safety, lifts as well as those duties for houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs).

Educated to HNC/SVQ3 in a Building related discipline e.g., trade or building maintenance with a relevant Scotvec Level 3 Technician qualification and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through previous experience.
