2 PAs + 1 SPA
Fixed term for a period of one year
Applications are invited for the above posts based within Golden Jubilee University National Hospital (GJUNH) in Clydebank. 1 post is for General Surgery, the other for Endoscopy.
The General Surgery service currently provides a programme of elective surgery, comprising day cases and short stay General/benign Upper GI procedures, as well as a wide range of colorectal in patient and day case procedures. As part of the expansion programme, our elective General Surgery Service will continue to grow, and we seek enthusiastic individuals who can help build and shape the service going forward.
We also provide an Endoscopy Services, and the unit was the first in Scotland to achieve JAG accreditation. The expansion programme includes a new, state of the art, purpose build new Endoscopy Unit.
We seek motivated, highly trained General Surgeons, who will be an asset to the team. Applicants should hold full GMC registration and be on the Specialist Register, or be eligible for admission to the register within 6 months of the interview date.
