Are you passionate about sales and customer service? Do you have experience of selling directly to customers? 

We’re on the lookout for Contact Centre Sales Advisors to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. It’s an exciting time to join us, over the next 12 months and beyond we are transforming our business to support our growth strategy. We are modernising our systems and processes and reviewing how we position ourselves in the market.

What you'll be doing:

As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for the management of funeral plan enquiries and referrals and securing funeral plan sales, ensuring all sales adhere to compliance processes and procedures. As part of the sales team responsible for maximising revenues from sales of our products, you’ll engage with potential customers and present our products and services.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of selling direct to customers
  • Excellent customer service skills, putting the customer first
  • Great communication skills
  • Sales experience, preferably in a regulated environment
  • Understanding of Marketing activity, including online and social media presence
