Full Job Description

As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting and engaging with our customers to understand their needs. You'll be responsible for the management of funeral plan enquiries and referrals. You'll secure funeral plan sales, whilst ensuring to adhere to compliance processes and procedures.

Experience of selling direct to customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to putting the customer first
- Great communication skills
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a regulated environment
- Understanding of marketing activity, including online and social media presence
