Full Job Description
- Raise Purchase Orders through our finance system for materials and other purchases.
- Prepare internal finance recharge journals
- Undertake individual & consolidated invoicing via clients CAFM system (OSTARA) & RFMs Internal System (Access Dimensions)
- Month End population and review of contract variance analysis (P&L)
- Review invoice queries and work with Finance and Commercial Team
- Communicate with our Engineers, Operations teams, and Subcontractors.
- Process work-based paperwork and save documents against our systems.
- Provide administration support to operational colleagues as required.
- Maintenance Team payroll processing
Proven work experience in Finance / Administrator or similar role - Previous Facility Management experience
- Familiarity with accounting procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations
- Able to work effectively within a team and / or without supervision.
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
